Armed and Unarmed Protective Services
FEBA's Armed Security Officers are trained to DHS Federal Protective Services (FPS) standards. All officers are certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED and qualify semi-annually with their issued .40/9mm caliber semi-automatic firearm or client required weapon and annually with an expandable baton and OC spray. DPC employs full-time trainers to meet and training and certification standards and uses the company integrated technology to track individual officer’s certification requirements.
Access and Badging Control
FEBA has the capability to manage and operate the physical, mechanical and electronic/IT systems used to control access to installations, areas, and facilities. The access control system administration is performed by a certified technician. FEBA Officers control building access with the aid of magnetometers and x-ray screening, enforce badging and conduct random interior security screenings.
Highly trained and certified armed and unarmed security surveillance officers patrol and protect government and commercial personnel and property from illegal activity and acts of terrorism.
We can provide personnel to operate Security Control Centers containing emergency and administrative telephones, point-to-point telephones, access control systems, fire, and security alarm systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, 2-way radio base stations with multi-net/bridging capabilities, emergency warning systems, and CCTV recording and voice recording systems.
Front Desk Concierge
We can provide professional, personable receptionists and front desk attendants for a consistent presence and the enforcement of rules and regulations in common and recreational areas. They will also patrol property for disturbances, violations, safety issues, and more.
Fingerprinting and Passport photos
Trained specialists will take rolled print and biometric digital fingerprints and send them to the appropriate government agency for processing. The organization that requested your live scan will receive the background check results.
Event Staff & Brand Ambassadors
We have high-energy, friendly, and approachable staff members who are ready to serve as customer service orientated brand ambassadors at concerts, sporting events, and family-oriented events. We can provide support for brand experiences, product sampling, leafleting, and more.
We have specialists certified by the National Association of State Fire Marshals who is responsible for defining the client establishment’s emergency plan. FEBA Crowd Manager will ensure that employees properly understand their roles in crowd management and how to assist in directing the crowd in an orderly manner for evacuation.
